What We Evaluate
AI readiness is not a single score. It is a multidimensionalassessment of your data, infrastructure, team capabilities, and processes. Some organizations are ready for advanced AI applications today. Others need foundational work first. The readiness assessment tells you exactly where you are and what needs to happen to get where you want to go. No guessing. No surprises during implementation.
Data Evaluation
Assess the quality, completeness, accessibility, and governance of your data. AI models are only as good as their data. We evaluate whether your data is sufficient for your AI ambitions and identify gaps that need to be addressed first.
Infrastructure Review
Evaluate your current technology stack, cloud infrastructure, security posture, and integration capabilities. Determine whether your systems can support AI workloads or whether infrastructure investments are needed before AI deployment.
Team Capabilities
Assess your team's technical skills, AI literacy, and capacity for change. Identify whether you need to hire, train, or partner to execute your AI strategy. Honest assessment of organizational readiness for AI-driven workflow changes.
Process Analysis
Map your business processes to identify the highest-value automation and AI opportunities. Not every process benefits from AI. We pinpoint the ones where AI will deliver measurable impact and where simpler solutions are more appropriate.

AI Readiness Assessment
Assessment Methodology
Our assessment is structured but not rigid. We use a proven framework adapted to your industry and scale, combining stakeholder interviews, technical audits, and process observation to build a complete picture of your AI readiness.
Data maturity scoring. We evaluate data along five dimensions: availability (can you access it?), quality (is it accurate and complete?), governance (who owns it and what are the rules?), integration (can systems share it?), and volume (is there enough for AI models?). Each dimension gets a maturity score with specific recommendations for improvement.
Opportunity identification. During the assessment, we identify specific AI opportunities and rate them by impact, feasibility, and readiness. Some opportunities can start immediately with your current capabilities. Others require preparatory work. This prioritized list becomes the foundation of your AI roadmap.
Gap analysis. For each AI opportunity, we identify the specific gaps between your current state and the requirements for successful implementation. Missing data sources, integration challenges, skill gaps, and process changes are documented with concrete steps to close each gap. You leave the assessment knowing not just where you are, but exactly what it takes to get where you want to be.
Who This Is For
Business leaders considering AI investment and wanting an objective evaluation before committing resources. Companies that tried an AI initiative that underperformed and want to understand what went wrong. IT leaders evaluating their infrastructure for AI workloads. Any organization that wants to be strategic about AI adoption rather than jumping in and hoping for the best.
